In Home Design Services Fee Schedule

In Home Consultation:
$60/hour + sales tax

• Minimum Fee: $60
• Services are billed in 30 minute increments after minimum is met.
• Payable at the time of service (Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard)

In-Store Consultation:
$60/hour + sales tax
After your initial consultation you may prefer to meet with your designer at our store on an appointment basis. The Fabric Market has hundreds of in-stock fabrics to choose from and is a great resource for a wide range of design ideas.

Workroom & Installation Consultation:
$60/hour + sales tax
Our design service will coordinate all workroom and installation labor for your decorating project. Should situations arise that require special consideration our same fee schedule will apply.

Mileage/Travel Time
Our mileage and travel time is provided free of charge within Knox County and within a 15 mile radius of The Fabric Market in Farragut. Other travel charges will be quoted on a case by case basis. As a general rule, travel rates are calculated at $0.50/mile (round trip) for distances beyond the 15 mile radius and/or beyond Knox County.

Payment Policies

Full payment is required for all in-stock purchases.
A minimum of 50% deposit is required for special orders of fabrics, furniture, trims, etc. However, construction cannot be initiated until all products are paid in full.
A detailed estimate of your total project cost will be provided and 50% of the estimated labor will be collected before your project is scheduled with our workroom.
